I am having trouble receiving live market data through Rithmic. They say that all is good on their end, that the market data is allowed and that the problem is with me. I am connected to the account and can see the account on my DOM account selection box. The data is frozen to the moment I last closed Sierra Chart last Friday 10/01/25. The symbol is translated to the Rithmic language so this is not the issue. The Firewall shouldn't be an issue as I checked that SC is allowed through it. I switched to SC Data to try and see if I would receive any data or not and I am receiving delayed data for today 14/01/25. Please help. |

With version 2728 and higher we no longer support market data from Rithmic. Refer to the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2728 You can do one of two things: 1. Roll back to version 2727 or lower to continue to get the Rithmic data.
