I am having trouble receiving live market data through Rithmic.
They say that all is good on their end, that the market data is allowed and that the problem is with me.
I am connected to the account and can see the account on my DOM account selection box.
The data is frozen to the moment I last closed Sierra Chart last Friday 10/01/25.
The symbol is translated to the Rithmic language so this is not the issue.
The Firewall shouldn't be an issue as I checked that SC is allowed through it.
I switched to SC Data to try and see if I would receive any data or not and I am receiving delayed data for today 14/01/25.
Please help.
