Missing chart data

Hi,
I've been using a COMEX GOLD chart (contract GCG25) successfully until today, using live data via Stage5 broker. I tried to create a chart based on this one but using a CFD contract for XAUUSD, and saved it as a separate chart file.
When I came back to open the COMEX chart, I found that there is no data in it beyond last Friday morning. I have tried reload & recalculate, download data from end of chart, as well as deleting all data and downloading afresh but neither of these seem to be working.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You should not have any issues with the data.

Please do the following relative to the chart for GCG25:
- Select "Window >> Message Log" to open the Message Log.
- On the Message Log select "Edit >> Clear Log". Select "Yes" when prompted to clear the log. Set the Message Log aside.
- With the chart for GCG25 selected, select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". If this is a Continuous Futures contract, you will be prompted for which contracts to delete and download, select just the G 2025 contract (most recent contract).
- Once the data finishes downloading, if you are still not showing the current data, then go to to the Message Log and select the button for "Send For Analysis" in the menus (it looks like a menu, but is a button).
- Post in this thread letting us know that you sent the message log.

Thanks for the assistance...all sorted now and up and running again.
