Hello, I hope your ok. I managed to connect my charts and delayed data to practice, but the simulation mode is not working anymore, for some reason, after I reinstalled and reinstalled the charting tools that I used to use on Sierra it was taking buy sell without issues but now I tried to reset simulation and to off and on but nothing happened, it is like the data window buttons not working, even my keyboard shortcuts not working to take the buy sell trades. Kind regards, Seraj. |

Your Message Log shows that your "Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data". As such, you can only be in Simulation Mode. What kind of order are you entering? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

The zeros in the Chart Stats tab just reflect that no trades have been taken. This is normal and matches what you have been stating. For any chart, please check if the option for "Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart" has a checkmark next to it. If not, then select this option to attach the Trade Window to that chart. Make sure you are on the "Main" tab on the Trade Window and set the following: - Selected account is "Sim1". - Use Attached Orders is not selected. - Order Type is set to "Market". - Time in Force is set to "Day". Then select the "Buy" button at the bottom of the window. If you have an issue with this order, then follow these instructions to get us your Trade Service Log: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Lines From Trade Service Log For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
