hello, still new here. I have not been active for many months, now that I log into my live account (after many months) I see my chart (CME- package 12) is delay like 10 min, any help will be appreciated. Thanks Ralph |

Hi, I have not been connected to my live trading account for over a month. I guess I have this delay with CME Group because of that. My clearing Firm is AMP. Do you have any instruction of how to reset this delay process? Thanks again. Ralph |

In general, yes, this would be the case. But we do see that your "Verified Until" date is currently set to "2025-02-02", as you connected to your live, funded, futures trading account on 2025-01-03 at 22:30:31 UTC. The issue you are having at this time is that you do not have any exchanges currently active. You should be fine now. If this occurs in the future, look at the "Ending Date" in the list of exchanges to see which one was most recently activated.
