Hello, I just paid for the 11 package to renew my service and signed all of the agreements in the past but still unable to load data in Sierra Chart. Please assist. Thank you! Update - My trading accounts have been blown due to this delayed data. I thought I was able to get the data to work but as I started trading, my screen froze and states "Historical download skipped". Is there anyway I can get a refund for the package service as I will not be using Sierra Chart anymore? Trading is hard enough and Sierra Chart is way too complicated |

Since you had not used any of the Usage Time from the purchased package, we were able to refund this back to your Services Surplus. At this time, you have 1 day of Usage Time remaining. After today (January 2, 2025) your account will automatically be put in an expired state. There is nothing further you need to do in this regard. After refunding the Usage Time, your Services Surplus balance was $46.00. We have a $5.00 processing fee for payment refunds, therefore a total of $41.00 has been refunded through PayPal.
