Hello, I just paid for the 11 package to renew my service and signed all of the agreements in the past but still unable to load data in Sierra Chart. Please assist. Thank you!

Update - My trading accounts have been blown due to this delayed data. I thought I was able to get the data to work but as I started trading, my screen froze and states "Historical download skipped". Is there anyway I can get a refund for the package service as I will not be using Sierra Chart anymore? Trading is hard enough and Sierra Chart is way too complicated
