Please cancel my subscription immediately. I have encountered nothing but issue after issue with the software and the only response I get from support is either nothing or that it's a problem outside of Sierra Chart. Thank you. |

Thank you!!! We do not want your business if you are using Rithmic. Yes we will refund you and please if you come back use a Data/Trading other than Rithmic. Sierra Chart has a lot else to offer other than Rithmic. Refund will be issued January 2. These are not our problems. Rithmic creates a terrible impression for Sierra Chart. And you are going to have numerous issues when using Rithmic. This is a definitive fact. You are going to have an absolute minefield of problems. There was never any hope of successfully using Sierra Chart with Rithmic because we can see you are using the Rithmic data feed. And for the record, we are dropping support completely for the Rithmic data feed in upcoming releases of Sierra Chart. Trading will still be supported but not the Rithmic data feed. Really, we do not understand why users, are so tolerant of Rithmic and put up with so many problems. You are smart by cutting off the situation. We refund Usage Time in whole month (31 day) increments. Since you had 302 days remaining, we were able to refund 9 months (279 days) back to your Services Surplus. At this time, you have 23 days of Usage Time remaining. After January 24, 2025 your account will automatically be put in an expired state. There is nothing further you need to do in this regard.
