My deposit is to be released Friday, my fxcm.com account to go live. On your demo mode and login [SC ver 1187]: 1. "Attach Trade Window to Chart" allows the smallest quantity to be 10000. I insist on 1000. 2. Toolbar button TW = "Open Trade Window" and ctrl-shft-T and TRADE>"Open Trade Window for Chart" all appear to do nothing. What do I and fxcm.com need to enable my active trading via Sierra Chart with microlots? Unfortunately, my account representative says I should contact you for settings at their end. |

1. You can adjust this to whatever quantity you want. Refer to this section here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TradeWindow.html#OrderQuantityButtons You also will probably want to edit the Default Order Quantity in Global Settings >> Symbol Settings for the symbols you want to trade. After changing that for the symbols, you will need to uncheck Overwrite Existing Settings When Automatically Updating from the Server. 2. They will appear to do nothing if the Trade Window is already open. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Thanks. 1. As I progressed thru FOREX series, setting to 1000 and unchecking "Use only for this service", I reviewed and found the checkmark restored. Why? Settings would be easier if symbols were grouped by family, e.g., FOREX with same. 2. TRADE>"Attach Trade Window to Chart" opens and closes trade window. Prior description holds: Toolbar button TW = "Open Trade Window" and ctrl-shft-T and TRADE>"Open Trade Window for Chart" all appear to do nothing... also when Trade Window is closed. |

1. Use Only For This Service needs to be checked. Instead you need to uncheck this: Overwrite Existing Settings When Automatically Updating from the Server. 2. In this case select Chart >> Reset Child Windows. Maybe the trade window is not visible. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I did "uncheck Overwrite Existing Settings When Automatically Updating from the Server." when you first said to.

Update: The TW button, ctrl-shft-t, and "Trade>Open trade window for chart" still do nothing. "Trade> Attach trade window to chart" works. Does it matter that I am still on your demo account with "Chart trade mode on" instead of live account? ~~~~~~~~~~ A HAH! After I had Trade>Attach TW to chart, then closed, TW button reopens.
