Update: The TW button, ctrl-shft-t, and "Trade>Open trade window for chart" still do nothing. "Trade> Attach trade window to chart" works. Does it matter that I am still on your demo account with "Chart trade mode on" instead of live account? ~~~~~~~~~~ A HAH! After I had Trade>Attach TW to chart, then closed, TW button reopens.
