i need to upgrade my account from sim to live.

i had package 3 sim account and i want the package 10 live account. i paid the $36 but my account shows 10 - Integrated Standard (Monthly) - 36 USD my chart still shows delayed quotes and i cant make a live trade. i switched to live trading in the menu but when i try to trade the software switches back to sim. my broker is AMP and i have deposit money so i dont know what the problem is. |

i think my data feed could be a problem. i have delayed quotes and dont know how to Denali. i went to the Data/Trade Services settings menu and tried a few options but none worked for me.

i paid another $11 and tried to get my Denali Data feed to work. I tried activating what i think i used to have #2 Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts but still have 'delayed' quotes. im stuck and dont know how to get my software working |

Your issue at this time is that you have not connected to your live, funded futures trading account. We can tell this by your "Verified Until" date, which is currently showing as "2022-12-26". You can view this date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Once you connect to your live, funded, futures trading account, that "Verified Until" date will update to 30 days in the future and you will then be able to get the real-time data for the CME Group. If you are not staying connected to your live trading account, then you will need to connect at least once a month for verification. i guess im not being clear about the issue im having. i funded my AMP account. theres money there. i paid for package 10 at SC I activated / paid for Denali #2 2 Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts My problem is taking the next step. i cant connect my software to Denali. Im missing something and cant find it. Ive tried changing options under the Data/Trading Services menu. tried unchecking Trade Simulation (off - live) Nothing i do allows me to connect though to get out of simulation / delayed quotes mode. |

You are confusing different items. You are not getting delayed data because you are in Simulation Mode. You are getting delayed data because you have not connected to your live AMP account. What trading service are you setup to use with AMP (Teton or CQG)? im so confused at this point i dont even know what question i should be asking anymore. i really cant make it any plainer than ive already stated. i understand im not connecting to my AMP account. based on what ive told you, my question is why am i not connecting to my amp account? Specifically what do i need to do? what menu option do i need to click or whatever. Im really at a loss. i was doing this this a couple years ago and i ve gone though everything i can remember. i've read all your web site links. what is keeping me from connecting? |

We need to know what order routing service you are using with AMP. It will be either CQG or Teton. Once you tell us that, then we can point you to the proper instructions to connect.
