Your issue at this time is that you have not connected to your live, funded futures trading account. We can tell this by your "Verified Until" date, which is currently showing as "2022-12-26". You can view this date at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Once you connect to your live, funded, futures trading account, that "Verified Until" date will update to 30 days in the future and you will then be able to get the real-time data for the CME Group. If you are not staying connected to your live trading account, then you will need to connect at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following:
