To whom this may concern, Greetings. I would like to address my concern with regards to the change of service package that I made and paid just now. I changed to INTEGRATED STANDARD/6-months and paid 173 USD (because I have a remaining balance of 2$). This is to cover the use of the Sierra chart for another 6 months starting from today (Dec-11). But as I open my Sierra chart again, the same notification appears that there is a payment needs to be made. Also, when I checked my Sierra Account to see if the new package applied, It's saying that my next payment will be after 21 days, which is Dec-31-2024, with the same amount I just paid now. Why is that??? I expect that the next bill/payment will be after six months. Kindly please help resolve/correct the issue. Hoping to receive your response soon. Appreciate your support. Thanks and regards, Karen |

You have added the necessary funds to your account, and you have set your account to renew to Package 10 for 6 months. That renewal will occur on December 31, 2024 when your current package ends. Changing your package selection to the same package with a different time frame and selecting the "Update/Set" button only sets the package that will get set at your next renewal. You will notice that your "Services Surplus" balance is currently $175.00, so no funds have been taken out for that selected package. If you do not want to wait for the automatic renewal and you want to add the 6 months of time to your current 21 days of remaining time, then select the "Update and Renew Now" button at the following link, rather than the "Update/Set" button: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#ServicePackage For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
