I don't know what happened. I always download Ticino Trader charts. When i try to open the chartbooks it shows no data. No footprints, delta etc. Sometimes console log says "not compatible for this package or so" I always have this package. The only thing i did different from the last time, was that to save space on my SSD y moved all the .SCID files to another drive. Maybe that's the problem? How could I solve this? I just bought another ssd if that helps. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1733920279617.png |

Numbers Bars requires Service Package 11. We have temporarily changed your Service Package to 12 for 30 days at no cost. This will go into effect in about three minutes. You might need to restart Sierra Chart but usually not. After that, to change to Service Package 11: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.
Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to. When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Packages 3 and 5 are our "Base" packages. You can not connect to data or trading services on these packages. Packages 10, 11, and 12 are our "Integrated" packages. You can connect to data and trading services on these packages. Within each group (Base and Integrated) are levels that define what you get for charting capabilities. Yes I thought that. But with package 10 I cannot get numbers bars study? I believe firmly that I was using numbers bars, too etc on package 10 paying 36 dollars a month. I asked because In another answer other user, (from SC I believe) told me that I need package 11. Which is 46 dollars. |

If you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages (i.e. you are wanting real-time data or you want to connect to a trading service), then you would need to be on Package 11, which does cost $46.00 per month. You can get the Numbers Bars study with Package 5, but as noted, that will not allow for connectivity to data and trading services. So you should not think of the package numbers representing anything in terms of their relative size (i.e. Package 10 does not mean that it has the same but more options than Package 5). This is why we prefer to reference the packages by name rather than by number. Ok, let me explain, because English is not my mother tongue. I always payed for Package 10, 36 usd month. And I have the possibility to use Numbers bars, TPO etc etc. I opened a chart that i always opened before and all of a sudden i don't see the number bar study etc. A member of SC tells me that I need to upgrade to Package 11. I thought you change the monthly subscription then. So I upload a screenshot that shows that Package 10 has Numbers bars, tpo study SAME AS Package 11. I do not trade and do not want real time data. I only sim trade. But i think this is irrelevant. Because I always sim traded and pay for package 10 and i was able to use numbers bars study. I don't understand why i need to upgrade as i was told. P.S: And again, thanks for the free days on package 12. |

The image you gave us of the package is for the "Base Advanced" package (Package 5), not the "Integrated Standard" package (Package 10). You used to be on the "Base Advanced" package (Package 5), then on November 6, 2024 you changed to the "Integrated Standard" package (Package 10). It is not possible that you were able to use the Numbers Bars study with the "Integrated Advanced" package (Package 10) If you do not need real-time data or connectivity to a trading account, then you should change back to the "Base Advanced" package (Package 5). This will give you access to the Numbers Bars study. Follow the instructions at the following link to change your package: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
