The image you gave us of the package is for the "Base Advanced" package (Package 5), not the "Integrated Standard" package (Package 10).

You used to be on the "Base Advanced" package (Package 5), then on November 6, 2024 you changed to the "Integrated Standard" package (Package 10). It is not possible that you were able to use the Numbers Bars study with the "Integrated Advanced" package (Package 10)

If you do not need real-time data or connectivity to a trading account, then you should change back to the "Base Advanced" package (Package 5). This will give you access to the Numbers Bars study. Follow the instructions at the following link to change your package:
