We are not understanding what happened. But if you updated your system, then that is a good thing, but you should not be having an issue with the system freezing. Are you not able to interact at all, or is it just the data that is not coming in? What exactly is occurring with the freezing? Also, start Sierra Chart in "Safe Mode" and see if that resolves the freezing issue. If so, then the problem you are having is related to a custom study. I was trying to install a second instance of sierra, so ran the installer with my original Sierra file as my installation path, since then it has been freezing solid.

The whole application is freezing, can't even move windows, seems my system is struggling to run it.

We are going to put out a new version in about 20 minutes to resolve this when you run Sierra Chart, in Safe Mode. Just give us about 20 minutes.

Follow the instructions here to update Sierra Chart to the current version which is 2713: Software Download: Fast Update If you have to terminate Sierra Chart through the Windows task manager then do that. When you are running version 2713 or higher, enable Safe Mode: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. You need to change your "Chart Update Interval" to find a value that works for you.
