We are not understanding what happened. But if you updated your system, then that is a good thing, but you should not be having an issue with the system freezing.

Are you not able to interact at all, or is it just the data that is not coming in? What exactly is occurring with the freezing?

Also, start Sierra Chart in "Safe Mode" and see if that resolves the freezing issue. If so, then the problem you are having is related to a custom study. Refer to the following:
