I have the following options set in Global Profit/Loss management. It says I hit the max loss, but when I try placing a trade, it lets me execute without stopping me. Do I have the options set correctly? Screencap attached

Your settings have the lock time set to be 0 minutes. Therefore, as soon as your positions are flattened you can continue trading.

Either set the "Lock time in Minutes" or enable the option for "Lock for Day". Refer to the following:
Global Profit/Loss Management: Lock Trading >> Lock Time In Minutes

Thanks
I set the Lock Time to 10 , and it even told me that trading is locked, but it still lets me trade.

Since you have already hit the limit the feature is now no longer available until the next trading day. You can establish a new trading day by setting the "Start of Day" on the Global Profit/Loss Management. You need to have this "new day" established first, then hit the loss limit again and then you will see it acting as you are expecting.

The best way to understand the state of the feature is in the text that is displayed for the "Status" on the window. You can also have this displayed on the chart using the "Trading Profit Management Status" study. Refer to the following:

Hello Sierra Chart, I have the opposite problem of the user above... I was locked out of trading even though I didn't hit the Loss Trigger Value, I just made two winning trades and suddenly I could not trade anymore.

Status is promopting this:
"Waiting for Daily Net loss value of -150.00C. Current Net P/L = 103.50C. Account: PA-LL03xxxxx"

Please don't tell me to use the server side version, that's not available for Prop Firm accounts on Rithmic data.

Do you have a "Profit Management" set as well such that you were closed out due to a certain profit amount? This is controlled on the same window as the Loss Management. The Profit controls are on the left and the loss controls are on the right. Refer to the following:
Global Profit/Loss Management: Daily Net Profit Management

Thanks, I got it working. But there's a bigger issue: The Loss Management can be easily bypassed after activation. By clicking on/off "Lock for day" and changing the Lock Time Minutes the chart gets unlocked again and I can trade again, defeating the feature’s purpose.
This is one of the most crucial features in Sierra Chart for longterm trading success, so I hope you can fix it.
