Hey team, I have been experencing issue while downloading the current version of Sierra chart (version-12). Its showing some error downloading and refered to register as a log with your email address. Can you please help, I have registered it as a log for the team to view with my email address. Thanks in advance. SS attached |

The Windows Error 32 means that a file is in use and therefore the installer can not copy the file from the temporary location to the final location. Make sure you have exited from any sub-instances of Sierra Chart and that you start the installer by selecting "Help >> Install Current Version". When you do this, the currently running Sierra Chart will exit and the installer will run. At this time, you should have no Sierra Chart software running. Then perform the installation.
