not receiving real time data feed from denali US equities consolidated tape

Hi, so before I was able to receive 15min delayed data of tickers via the $26 package. Today after getting an integrated package and activating the Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges [US Equities Consolidated Tape], I see that I am only getting data until end of after hour of 11/14/24. right now my pc + sierra chart time is 11/15/24 1856. I would like to do some replay on today 11/15's tickers and I've been trying to see if different settings help, including: having 'Enable Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds' turned on -> doesn't help changing historical daily data download time and historical daily equities data download time both set to 16:00:00 -> doesn't help reconnecting and connecting to data feed restarting program updating program to the latest non-preview version my current selected service is currently under IBKR, all charts does show the [M] next to all symbols. the intraday data are downloaded right away, not from the previous $26 package. Can someone tell me what I can do to resolve this please? thanks |

We had an issue, with our US equities feeds during Friday. This was resolved. To get the missing data, reconnect: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers Let us know if the issue is resolved for you now.
