Hello John, I am trying to draw lines (including extensions) between two times on a TPO chart using the "Initial Balance" study, however, the study isn't drawing the lines correctly. Can the "Initial Balance" study be used on a TPO chart or is there another way to draw the high and low + extensions between two periods? Thank you |

You can not use the "Initial Balance" study directly on a TPO chart. Refer to the following: Time Price Opportunity (TPO) Profile Charts: Using Other Studies on a TPO Chart As noted in the above link, you can use another chart to generate the Initial Balance as you want and then use the Study/Price Overlay, but even then, with the way the TPO works, it may not give you exactly what you are looking for. You will just have to try it and see. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you John. What would be the best way to use the Price Retracement tool and add text to the retracements which isn't possibly with the default tool? Would a similar tool be programmed with ACSIL? |

If you are wanting to add some kind of custom text to a tool, this is not directly allowed, in that you can not add the text related to the tool. What you would have to do is to create a custom study in which you place the tool and then draw custom text (as a separate tool) that is located where you want it. Refer to the following: Using Drawing Tools From an Advanced Custom Study For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
