You can not use the "Initial Balance" study directly on a TPO chart. Refer to the following: Time Price Opportunity (TPO) Profile Charts: Using Other Studies on a TPO Chart As noted in the above link, you can use another chart to generate the Initial Balance as you want and then use the Study/Price Overlay, but even then, with the way the TPO works, it may not give you exactly what you are looking for.
