Hello, My account has been labeled as a professional account for exchange data. I am not a professional, how do I go about changing this so I can access the correct pricing on my exchange fees? |

In order to be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group data, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account, and you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following for more on this topic: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges When you completed your most recent agreements, you did not enter a "Clearing Firm" or "Account Number" for your live, funded, futures trading account, therefore you were put in the Professional category. If you have an account that satisfies the above information, then you need to redo the agreements at the following link and be sure to enter the "Clearing Firm" (or your brokerage name if you do not know your clearing firm) and you "Account Number" on the Uniform Subscriber Agreement. Also, be sure to answer "Yes" to the question of "Certified as a Non-Professional" on the "CME Non-Professional Certification". https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
