In order to be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group data, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account, and you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. If you have an account that satisfies the above information, then you need to redo the agreements at the following link and be sure to enter the "Clearing Firm" (or your brokerage name if you do not know your clearing firm) and you "Account Number" on the Uniform Subscriber Agreement.
