Constant e-mails about a low service balance

Hello,

9 hours ago, I received an e-mail receipt about payment for the Eurex data for November.
Ever since I keep on receiving (9 for the time being) e-mails about a low balance. Those e-mails usually come at the end of the month to remind me that I have to top up my account to 25 USD, so that the data can be paid.
I do not understand why the e-mails started to come now, at the beginning of November, when the datafeed is already paid.

Could you please explain what I am missing?

Hello Sierra,
I have also received multiple "Sierra Chart: Services Balance Too Low" emails. Specifically, nine emails over the past 10 hours.
