How to connect to data please?

I am unable to connect to data. There is a box on top at left side that is red colored and states "Not Connected". Can you help me connect to best data feed please? I think I signed up with CQG. Is this the best data feed? I am thoroughly confused.

Update, I fumbled around with Data/Trade Service Settings and I changed to CQG WebAPI [trading]. The bar is now green. I thinjk I'm connect5ed. I hope.

To connect to CQG, follow the instructions at the following link: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions You have the following exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts - U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape Given the above, you should be getting real-time data for those exchanges. Keep in mind that for futures, every trading service uses a different symbology. So you need make sure you have the correct symbols when you are connected to CQG. When you change your "Current Selected Service" on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" and then close that window, you are prompted to update your Symbols. You should answer "Yes" to this. If you do not, or if you open a different chartbook later and you need to update your symbols, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". According to your log, both of your accounts are setup to use the Teton Order Routing. Also, in your log, you are only trying to trade from the account named 182470 and you are getting a rejection with the error "Trading is disabled". You would need to ask your broker about this. We do not see any trading being attempted, or at least no errors in the log, for the account named 182470A.
