To connect to CQG, follow the instructions at the following link: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions You have the following exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts - U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape Given the above, you should be getting real-time data for those exchanges. Keep in mind that for futures, every trading service uses a different symbology. So you need make sure you have the correct symbols when you are connected to CQG. When you change your "Current Selected Service" on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" and then close that window, you are prompted to update your Symbols. You should answer "Yes" to this. If you do not, or if you open a different chartbook later and you need to update your symbols, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".
