problems with SC Data feed - not updating prices

Ive just sucribed to SC data feed running most assets in GLOBEX It seems that feed is not updating, thus, having to disconnect and reconnect so it can update the data. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? TNX in advance. |

There are 2 problems that we see. You have not activated the CME exchange. However, do not do that yet. You need to understand accessing CME data here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#CME Secondly do you have a futures trading account? If so, with who? If you misunderstood something, we need to know so that we can issue a refund in case you cannot use the data feed. I do have a futures trading account, both with interactive brokers and AMP futures. In the form required to fill for the data feed is already stated. Is there anything I have to do on my side? I'm somewhat confused on how to proceed. Regards, |

You need to activate the CME exchange following the instructions here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions Start from step 1. You can skip the step to activate the Market data feed connection because you have already done that. You need to set Sierra Chart to use either Interactive Brokers or AMP/TT Net .
