There are 2 problems that we see. You have not activated the CME exchange. However, do not do that yet.

You need to understand accessing CME data here:

Secondly do you have a futures trading account? If so, with who?

If you misunderstood something, we need to know so that we can issue a refund in case you cannot use the data feed.
