HI Guys,
I am struggling trying to move my Sierra chats setup on my PC running an a 4k monitor with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 to my laptop with a resolution of 1920 x 1080
everything looks like it is under a magnified glass and will not even fit on the screen.

I hope there is a simple fix for this as i will be traveling a lot in the near future and will need this laptop to work for SC (fingers Crossed)

thanks

We are not certain of what exactly you are seeing, but you probably need to adjust the size of the windows in general first, using the standard Windows options for grabbing a corner/side and adjusting. Then you may need to adjust the font sizes. Refer to the following:

The first thing to do is to adjust Font Sizes:

Graphics Settings: Fonts and Text Appearance

It is very important to reset all of the font sizes to what you require. Newer versions of Sierra Chart handle resolution changes to minimize the change with appearance of text , assuming the fonts internally are set as a point size. Once you set them as you want, then as resolutions change, the Text should appear generally the same size.

Newer versions of Sierra Chart now automatically reset, the stored font size to the actual point size rather than logical units, if the stored size is in logical units.
