dear Mr, Mrs, i can not access SC meaning the charts, i can log in into the explanaitions and the entire documentation and payments website (SC.com) but can't log into the SC charts? also email adress isn't correct and don't receive an email therefor it would be nice If You can solve the problem form the login and the email adress. many thanks in advance |

The fact that you logged into our website and posted to this board means that your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password are fine. Make sure you are using the same credentials to login to your Sierra Chart software as you used to log into our website. To change your email, go to the following page and update your information: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo We can change your password for you, but you should not be having a problem with the credentials you have.
