I want to close my account because no one can even help me set up a real time data, I paid $100 and want a refund because Forgiving Computer and your people can't solve this for an hour and a half $30+$60, and they want more money. I paid for everything, you've been withdrawing money for 3 weeks and there is no real time date, and they have no idea what to do.

There is nothing for us to solve. The main issue you have is that you are on Package 3 (Base Standard). As such, you are not able to get any real-time data for the exchanges that are part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed. To do this, you need to be on one of the "Integrated Packages". Refer to the information on the Integrated packages at the following link:

Also, in terms of the funds you have spent with us, for some reason you have added 2 additional months of Usage Time to your account. This is not a problem, but it is where the extra $72.00 went. There is no need to add funds if you want to change packages. Refer to the information at the following link for how to change a package:

We were able to refund the full 3 months of Usage Time. At this time, your account is in an expired state. There is nothing further you need to do in this regard.

After refunding the Usage Time, your Services Surplus balance was $100.00. We have a $5.00 processing fee for payment refunds, therefore a total of $95.00 has been refunded to your card.
