Getting a Delayed showing on all my charts and dom's

I am getting the "delayed" on all my charts and dom's. I tried using the "translate symbols to current service" but it did nothing. I have tried logging out and back in, not sure whats causing this. Please help. I have attached a screen shot.

You are not setup to get any real-time data from us. And since you are using the Teton Order Routing service, you need to get the data from us. Please follow the instructions at the following link to setup, activate, and pay for the real-time data for the CME Group: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges Note that you did fill out agreements in 2020, but those agreements were not filled out properly, and were therefore rejected. This also put your account to be tagged as a "Professional" for the CME Group. Once you complete the agreements again, please post back in this thread for us to get them reviewed a bit quicker for you (it can take up to a day for us to get to these, but usually it is faster). Okay, I did not realize that I had to go sign those agreements. I just signed those agreements. Let me know know what to do after that. Thanks.

We see that the agreements have been accepted and that you have activated the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts". So you are all good now and you should be getting real-time data for instruments that are traded on the CME exchange (this is not the Full CME Group - just the CME exchange of the CME Group).
