You are not setup to get any real-time data from us. And since you are using the Teton Order Routing service, you need to get the data from us. Please follow the instructions at the following link to setup, activate, and pay for the real-time data for the CME Group: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges Note that you did fill out agreements in 2020, but those agreements were not filled out properly, and were therefore rejected. This also put your account to be tagged as a "Professional" for the CME Group. Once you complete the agreements again, please post back in this thread for us to get them reviewed a bit quicker for you (it can take up to a day for us to get to these, but usually it is faster).
