Hello,

with teton order routing my MESZ24 data is beginning 2,5 hours later each day this week. Additionaly before this week the last day illustrated is September 23th. It first time occured on Monday and is still wrong. It means today October 9th my open price is 5834 . I Think its 11:50 ET. End of day time is correct. I also checked MNQ and it is illustrated correctly. ESZ24 is also outputted correctly.

For comparison I switched to SCdata from Sierrachart and the MESZZ24 data and times are put out correctly. It means it has something to do with Teton. Does anyone have the same issue? It would be very helpful if it is due to a wrong setting is my sierra. Please take a look at my attached file (german time means ET +6 hours) Many thanks for support.

update: Now I deleted all my scid and dly files for MESZ24 in the data file and wanted to insert in my quoteboard a new MESZ symbol just to restart everything. But now only candles show up from when I opened. It looks like only days are illustrated where I was live on the computer.

update: Around the upper mentiond September 23th I adjusted my symbol settings for MES. Butwhy SCDATA denali has no issue with it, if it is the reason. It looks like from last month on only days are illustrated where I was live on the computer. I also checked the ES and MES symbol setting. They are the same, so this should not be the issue.

update: I notice that the MESZ24 Chartsetting-data limiting always sets the data range for today after deleting everything and downloading again. All other contracts show 1 year range, sewe attached file

Check the session times and make sure these are set how you want them relative to the Time Zone of the chart:
Chart Session Times: Session Times

We are curious about the "Date Range in File From". Please let us know what the settings are for the three items in "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download". Refer to the following:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings)

Let me first anwser your question. I have attached my settings. I only now switched to "connect on program startup" to "yes".

I have solved this issue. The upper mentioned data range issue I manually extended to 07.24 to 10.24. And now the data is downloaded. Everything fine. But I had tried it a hour ago with 10.23 to 10.24 and the issue remained. I have read through your other posts that external provider do not have the performance of denali. Maybe it was too much for teton. I dont know, but it works now. But I still wonder why it was set to 1 day range. it was not my setting.

You are getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. And Teton is our own order routing service, so everything should work properly. You are not dealing with any 3rd parties in this case.

It is very odd that you only had 1 day. If you did delete the data files (and hopefully Sierra Chart was closed at that time) then the system should have downloaded 186 days of data, or however much is available for that particular contract.

If you have an issue again, let us know.
