You are getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. And Teton is our own order routing service, so everything should work properly. You are not dealing with any 3rd parties in this case. It is very odd that you only had 1 day. If you did delete the data files (and hopefully Sierra Chart was closed at that time) then the system should have downloaded 186 days of data, or however much is available for that particular contract.
