Duplicate Chart to Chartbook

I wish to copy charts from one chartbook to another.
I created a new chartbook to receive these charts, it named itself chartbook1.
Then I selected a chart from a different chartbook, went to Chart>Duplicate Chart to Chartbook, but the window that opens only gives me 2 options
Which are;
Switch to this chartbook: Yes/No or;
Create new chartbook: Yes/No
I’ve tried both, the 1st just makes a copy in its original destination and the second creates a new chartbook called chartbook2 and of course the next chart I wish to move into chartbook2 will only be able to go into chartbook3 etc. I’ve tried double clicking, but it wont let me type in a name and it doesn’t list any existing chartbooks. I also tried right selecting, this brings up a new window that just says, Copy Name and Value. I took this as an instruction to copy the desired chartbook name and paste it in one of these boxes, but that cant be right because I cant select them to paste anything in and I have no idea where to copy the chartbook name from.
It’s a bit of a conundrum……..any ideas…….apart from shouting at the screen of course, ‘cos it doesn’t work, I tried.

To illustrate please see the attached snip, Here you can see that I have 3 chartbooks open.
I wish to duplicate the footprint chart you see from Chartbook2 to ESMKProfileVWAP10days, both of which are open.
When I press Chart>Duplicate Chart to Chartbook, this is the window that opens and as you can see, it does not contain a list of open chartbooks.
And apart from changing No to Yes on one or both of these boxes I cannot input anything else in any other field.

If anyone can give me an insight as to what I am doing wrong please help.

Your image is blank, so we do not know what you are seeing.

The attached image is what you should see when you select "Duplicate Chart to Chartbook". At the very top is the option to select the chartbook you want to copy to.

If you are not seeing the option to select the chartbook, then resize the window by selecting corner and making the window larger. It may be that the item is hidden from view for some reason.

The option for "Switch to this chartbook" makes it so the system will change you to the chartbook you are copying the chart to. The option for "Create new chartbook" creates a new chartbook to copy the chart into, rather than using the selected one.

Ok lets see here, 1st I don't know why you cannot see my attachment, I followed all your instructions for making the screen shot, or at least I followed them as they read to me.
And I think that is probably where I am going wrong because what my screen shot showed was exactly what your screen shot shows and I resized this box but there is no extra information to be seen.
Therefore I have opened up my Sierra on another screen next to this one so that I could go through the process step by step, following you as my guide and it is as I said in my original request.
But figuring it must be me that is reading the your instructions wrong, so I started to tap round the box again and yes there it is, the drop down menu of open chartbooks.
Hooray! All is good, thank you. But can I make a plea for all the knumb sculls like me. If you had said, "in the Value column next to Chartbooks(List) Tap here for a dropdown list of open chartbooks, select the one you wish to duplicate to" I would have known what it was you were trying to tell me and that is the thing, you knew what you were telling me, but I didn't. And I find this so often when reading the help/how too sections. They are written by people who know how to do something, but I think the writer often forgets that the person reading the instructions is here because he/she doesn't know how to do that same something. If the line I have suggested was to be inserted into the instructions in the Using Chart Template section, I wouldn't have been baffled and you wouldn't have been bothered.
Just saying.
Anyway thank you again for your help.

"in the Value column next to Chartbooks(List) Tap here for a dropdown list of open chartbooks, select the one you wish to duplicate to"

The "hidden dropdowns" in the Value column have slowly spread through the user interface as Sierra Chart decouples itself from the shackles of the Microsoft Windows API. These changes should ultimately make a native Linux version possible.

It would be nice if there was a "dropdown" icon to make it more obvious and to be consistent with windowing interfaces in general. I don't know if that is something that can be supported.
