Ok lets see here, 1st I don't know why you cannot see my attachment, I followed all your instructions for making the screen shot, or at least I followed them as they read to me. And I think that is probably where I am going wrong because what my screen shot showed was exactly what your screen shot shows and I resized this box but there is no extra information to be seen. Therefore I have opened up my Sierra on another screen next to this one so that I could go through the process step by step, following you as my guide and it is as I said in my original request. But figuring it must be me that is reading the your instructions wrong, so I started to tap round the box again and yes there it is, the drop down menu of open chartbooks. Hooray! All is good, thank you. But can I make a plea for all the knumb sculls like me. If you had said, "in the Value column next to Chartbooks(List) Tap here for a dropdown list of open chartbooks, select the one you wish to duplicate to" I would have known what it was you were trying to tell me and that is the thing, you knew what you were telling me, but I didn't. And I find this so often when reading the help/how too sections. They are written by people who know how to do something, but I think the writer often forgets that the person reading the instructions is here because he/she doesn't know how to do that same something. If the line I have suggested was to be inserted into the instructions in the Using Chart Template section, I wouldn't have been baffled and you wouldn't have been bothered. Just saying.
