I set up Sierra according to this guide Simulated Futures Trading Service
However, whenever I try to place a trade with the TestAccount that I created, I get the following error:
"Trade Order Error - Order is not allowed based on the symbol. Contact Sierra Chart support"

I have tried:
- modifying the account and disabling "Require Sufficient Margin for New Positions"
- adding the symbol "ES?##" to Symbol/Product Limits
- setting the Trade Position Limit and Order Quantity Limit.

What is the exact symbol for the chart from which you are placing the trade? We need the symbol as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol".

Also, if you have anything entered for the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol", we would need to know what that has in it.

We see that you are not setup to get any real-time data from us, therefore you need to select the "Trading Evaluator - Delayed" for your "Current Selected Service" on the "Data/Trade Service Settings".
