I set up Sierra according to this guide Simulated Futures Trading Service However, whenever I try to place a trade with the TestAccount that I created, I get the following error: "Trade Order Error - Order is not allowed based on the symbol. Contact Sierra Chart support" I have tried: - modifying the account and disabling "Require Sufficient Margin for New Positions" - adding the symbol "ES?##" to Symbol/Product Limits - setting the Trade Position Limit and Order Quantity Limit. |
