Missing 2 months of chart data after reactivating a/c

Hi Sierra Team,
I appear to be missing July and August chart data across all of my charts (after re-activating my account). I have tried downloading historical data and also intra-day data by selecting the delete the re-download option but I still cannot seem to pull the missing July, August data. I also tried opening a new intraday chart from scratch but the data is missing from the scid file. How can I pull the missing data please?

What is the symbol of the chart for which you are having a problem?

Hi John,
Thanks for your reply. I have this problem for all symbols, although I'm particularly interested in NQ (File Name: "F.US.ENQZ24.scid")

We are surprised you are getting any data for that symbol, as you should not be. The only exchange you have active with us is the "CBOT Non-Professional Top-of-Book". And since we do not support data from CQG for The CME Group, you do not have access to data for instruments traded on the CME exchange.

If you want to add the CME exchange, you can do so at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Once you have the exchange activated, then you will be able to delete the data and redownload the missing data by following these instructions:

CME exchange added and data downloaded for the missing date range, thanks for your help.

When you say you do not support CQG data, should I change how I log into my Sierra account? I currently select 'CQG Web API' which was directed by my broker.... I understood that I needed to maintain a brokerage account in order to access Sierra at a low cost.

You do not need to change anything. You just can not get the data from CQG, but you can trade with CQG.

And in terms of connecting to a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the data at the non-professional rate, what you are doing works for this.
