We are surprised you are getting any data for that symbol, as you should not be. The only exchange you have active with us is the "CBOT Non-Professional Top-of-Book". And since we do not support data from CQG for The CME Group, you do not have access to data for instruments traded on the CME exchange.

If you want to add the CME exchange, you can do so at the following link:

Once you have the exchange activated, then you will be able to delete the data and redownload the missing data by following these instructions:
