Hi, I am not sure what just happened. I placed bracket order. It gets filled. I manually cancel the order. On cancelling there was still some how, A sell order was sitting on my screen. My cancelAll button was disabled. Order gets filled. I tried to place more order to close together. Only the new orders were getting cancelled. Tried buy/sell market button options. Then Tried from R Trader. Nothing was working. ' Finally the Flatten worked . It costed me $200 and also funded company rules. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-09-23 06:40:06

If the order was also on the Rithmic system and was not being closed from Sierra Chart, then this would be an issue with Rithmic not responding to your request to close out the order. When you have a problem like this, you need to call your broker to ensure that your position is where you want it (active or closed). Hi, How come everything works fine on NinjaTrader platform. Right now I have no connection on Sierra. I have raised ticket to Edge clear. But connection and everything else works fine on Ninjatrader. The interface that is used between Sierra Chart and Rithmic was written by Rithmic and is different from what is used by NinjaTrader. Issues with connectivity need to be brought to the attention of Rithmic, as there is nothing we can do about it.
