Check the graphics setting for "Chart Time Scale Text Color". It looks like you have this set to black, the same as your background. Refer to the following: Graphics Settings: Chart Time Scale Text Color Keep in mind there are both Chart graphics settings and Global graphics settings. You need to ensure you are changing this in the correct place for your chart.
