CHartbook not saving properly, and settings disappear

I have a chartbook saved, and when I open it: 1. The DOM disappears and I have to reopen, and reconfigure it (every time I login!) 2. The save all feature does not work. 3. Settings > Enable order allocation to all accounts is disabled automatically (maybe this is system functionality) and my accounts in that list disappear periodically. This is rather maddening to have to do system configs every time I login . . . |

The first thing you should check is that your drive is not full. Make sure you have space so you can save the chartbooks. But, apart from the above: 1. We assume you are referring to a Trading DOM window. Make sure the Trading DOM window is open when you save your chartbook. If you close the window, then it will not be saved when you open the chartbook again. 2. What exactly is not working? What is occurring? 3. Refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Disable Order Allocation To Trade Accounts on Chartbook Opening (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General) In general the list of accounts should be the same, but if you have setup the Order Allocation to be used in Linking or the Trade Configurations, then this could be the reason for what you are seeing. Sure, now that you replied the DOM is back where it should be. I think the system was just glitching this AM. The "enable order allocation" feature has never been enabled when I login (always disabled), and now (once again) all my "Allocation Accounts" are gone from the list. I have saved the configuration multiple times, but it disables every time I logout, and about every other time I login the accounts are gone. |

By default, the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts will be set to "Off" when you login. You can change this default behavior through the setting defined at the following link: Global Trade Settings Windows: Disable Order Allocation To Trade Accounts on Chartbook Opening (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General) Do you have either option for including Allocated Trade Account in Linking or Trade Configurations set to "Yes"?
