The first thing you should check is that your drive is not full. Make sure you have space so you can save the chartbooks. But, apart from the above: 1. We assume you are referring to a Trading DOM window. Make sure the Trading DOM window is open when you save your chartbook. If you close the window, then it will not be saved when you open the chartbook again. 2. What exactly is not working? What is occurring? 3. Refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Disable Order Allocation To Trade Accounts on Chartbook Opening (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General) In general the list of accounts should be the same, but if you have setup the Order Allocation to be used in Linking or the Trade Configurations, then this could be the reason for what you are seeing.
