Hello, Please refer to the attached image. I tried opening the charts using the rithmic login as well as the teton login but the charts are either frozen or blank. Can you please assist. |

You need to ensure that your charts have the proper symbol for the service you are connected to. Open your chartbooks and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". If you continue to have an issue after this, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Hi John. So the 'Translate Symbols to Current Service' does the trick but I am having to do it frequently. I do not change tickers and trade only MNQ while charting NQ. Below is the log. Are you changing between services? Every time you change your "Current Selected Service" you need to update your symbols. When you do change your service and select OK on that page, you are prompted to update the symbols, you need to answer Yes to that query. Also, if you had already updated your symbols and then got us the log, then we see that there are still some symbols that did not update properly. If this is the case, then you will need to find the particular location of those symbols and update them manually.
