Got a new PC, and My DOM shows very little participation when the market is actually very heavy today. Please help how to fix it. It shows 1-40 ish when on the footprint I'm seeing 300+

If, by the DOM, you are referring to the Market Depth, then you can not compare the Market Depth to the Numbers Bars. These are two different sets of data. The Market Depth shows the Limit orders on the exchange waiting to be filled, and the Numbers Bars shows the actual quantities that have been traded at each price level.

Given this, if you still feel like there is a problem, then we need to see an image of what you are seeing. Follow these instructions to get us an image:

As I was explaining in my second post that was disregarded, its not the Market Depth, it's the Recent Bid/Ask columns. As you can see in the attached Image 1 tick below the price there is a Current Traded Volume on the right in Red of 320 but it didn't show in the middle columns (Recent Bid/Ask Column). That's how it's been since I logged in from the new PC. Please help with the issue

To start with, you can not compare the Recent Bid/Ask values to the Current Bid/Ask values, as the Recent column data for a price is reset when the trading moves away and then comes back to that price level. Refer to the following:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Recent Bid Volume - Left/Center/Right Aligned

That being said, we can not say why you are seeing differences in the two systems. You may have some of your settings different for how those columns work. In particular, the Recent Bid/Ask have the following settings that can affect it. Make sure you have these settings the same on both systems:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Clear Current Bid/Ask Volume on New Position (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings)

Global Trade Settings Windows: Reset Recent Bid/Ask Volume on Bid/Ask Change (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings)

Global Trade Settings Windows: Recent Bid Ask Volume Timeout in Milliseconds (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings)

Also, you need to ensure that you are using the same symbols for both installations and that you have the settings related to this set the same, in particular if you are using a "Trade and Current Quote symbol" and related settings.

Finally, if you state that you are using Sierra Chart on two different computers, but you are not setup to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed to both systems at the same time. Therefore, either the data source is not the same, or the data is delayed on one of the systems. In either case, you can not make a comparison between the data as they are different.
