If, by the DOM, you are referring to the Market Depth, then you can not compare the Market Depth to the Numbers Bars. These are two different sets of data. The Market Depth shows the Limit orders on the exchange waiting to be filled, and the Numbers Bars shows the actual quantities that have been traded at each price level. Given this, if you still feel like there is a problem, then we need to see an image of what you are seeing.
