Error downloading historical Intraday data

Hey, I have some issues downloading historical Intraday data. I also already send you my Message Log. The data for the symbol AMZN-NQTV is not being displayed correctly. The data appears in the chart except for the last two days - these are not displayed. This problem exists with all NASDAQ TotalView symbols. I have subscribed to package 12 & the Denali Exchange data feed. Other Symbols for example the Forex - FXCM Symbols are working properly. Among a few others, there is this error message: "Error downloading historical Intraday data for AMZN-NQTV. Historical data logon error: Serving data is disabled" What could be the reason? |

You can ignore that particular error for NASDAQ TotalView. It is not relevant and is not blocking downloads. The US stock market has been closed the last three days.
